How to Apply
Third and fourth year podiatry students are eligible to rotate in Chestnut Hill Podiatry Residency on a monthly basis. Students from all schools of podiatric medicine may participate as long as an affiliation agreement with the school can be established. Externs work closely with the residents, observing and learning the Foot & Ankle Residency Training Program protocols, attending academic meetings and workshops, and scrubbing for a multitude of surgical cases. Externship applications are received through the AACPM dpmclerkships.org website.
Chestnut Hill Podiatric Residency Program participates in the Central Application Service for Podiatric Residencies (CASPR)/Centralized Residency Interview Program (CRIP), a national resident application and matching service. CASPR/CRIP is operated by the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine and administered by its Council on Teaching Hospitals (COTH). Interested applicants must apply through CASPR.
