Chestnut Hill Hospital’s rehabilitation services are designed to help patients through the process of recovering from injury or illness. Our goal is to help people regain their independence and improve their lives.

Our rehab staff is experienced in all stages of injury and illness. We treat patients from the most acute stages at the hospital bedside to full recovery in our outpatient setting, and offer treatment for the following conditions:

  • Joint Replacements or Surgery (Pre- and Post-Operatively)

Top of the Hill Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Friday: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
